stone age

On Wednesday 11th of February the juniors were learning about the stone age. Here are some facts that we learnt:

The dinosaurs and humans DID NOT live togetther. Neanderthals and the Homosapians met around 40,000 years ago. The stonge age went on for 2 million years. Prehistory is divided into 3 parts:

The Stone age,

The Bronze age,

And the Iron age.

The stone age is called that because all the cave men used stones and flints. Stone age people created their own language, music and dances.People today are unsure why stone henge was created. It might have been a temple, a burial site,a centre or a calendar. As people started to live in the same place, they began to bury dead people more carefully.
